What does unlimited coaching include?
A standing hour each week, additional one-to-one sessions, and questions between sessions, for $1,800/month. Extra sessions are booked around your coach’s availability. We’ll explain scheduling and between-session support before you enroll.
Why pay for coaching when I can learn with AI?
Coaching helps you learn more efficiently. Your coach helps you choose what to focus on, explains what you’re missing, and works through problems that could otherwise keep you stuck. You still learn by doing, including learning with AI between sessions.
Can Ozian build something for me?
Yes. We also take on software development projects. Coaching is for learning to do the work yourself; a project engagement is for having Ozian build it for you. Tell us about your project. We’ll discuss the scope and whether a paid engagement or a company-building partnership makes sense.
Do I need technical experience?
No. We begin with what you know. You might be learning to use AI in your job, running your own business, or developing an idea. You don’t need to know how to code before starting.
How much time should I set aside?
Plan for a weekly hour with your coach and time to try things yourself. You can book additional sessions around your coach’s schedule. We’ll discuss a realistic learning commitment in the intro.
Can I bring work from my employer?
Use your employer’s approved tools and follow its policies. Bring only material you have permission to share; redacted or sample information can be enough to begin. Agree on confidentiality and any recording arrangements before a session.
Are there costs beyond coaching?
AI subscriptions or hosting may cost extra, depending on what you use or build. Your coach will discuss those choices with you before you incur costs.
What happens before I enroll?
We discuss your goals and who you’d work with. You’ll receive the scheduling, support, renewal, and cancellation terms in writing before deciding.
