Coaching terms

For your month of one-to-one coaching with Ozian.

Price and renewal

Coaching costs $1,800 USD per month, starting with your first session. Each month is a one-time purchase. We’ll ask before renewing; there is no automatic monthly charge.

Sessions and support

Coaching includes a standing one-hour session each week and additional one-to-one sessions at no extra charge, around your coach’s availability. Message your coach between sessions through Slack or another agreed channel. We reply within one business day, Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays.

Scheduling

Please book at least 24 hours ahead, and give 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling. Contact us if you have trouble finding a time. If we cancel a session, we’ll arrange a replacement.

Cancellation and billing

You may choose not to renew. Payments for the purchased month are final, except where a refund is required by law or Ozian cannot provide the agreed coaching. Contact support@ozian.org about a billing error, cancellation or delivery problem. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Tools and recordings

AI subscriptions, hosting and other third-party tools are separate from the coaching fee unless we expressly agree otherwise. Use only materials and information you have permission to share. We will ask for your agreement before recording a session.

Your coaching agreement

Coaching does not guarantee a particular product, job, income or business outcome. Review and test AI outputs before relying on them. These terms apply to the month you purchase; later changes do not alter that purchase without your agreement. Ozian, Inc. provides the coaching. Contact support@ozian.org with questions.
